Experience our lively English-language improv community and join Finland Improv ry for a free evening of long-form improvisation featuring The Harold format!

The Harold is a classic improv format where performers build multiple scenes and characters inspired by a single audience suggestion. These scenes return and develop over several beats, gradually revealing connections and themes. In between these beats, the ensemble comes together for playful group games that explore the theme and help spark new ideas for the story.

This special performance will be presented by students from our Harold improv course, who will take the stage to showcase the storytelling, teamwork, and creativity they’ve been developing while learning this iconic format.

The show is also a celebration of the English-language improv community in Tampere – a diverse and welcoming group of performers and improvisers who come together to learn, play, and create on stage.
