Teerenpeli chain consists of social restaurants based on the Teerenpeli concept, where a key competitive advantage is created not only by a pleasant restaurant environment but also by high-quality products from our own brewery and distillery. The first Teerenpeli opened in Lahti in 1994.

Today, the chain has its own restaurants in Lahti, Lappeenranta, Kuopio and Helsinki, in addition to which Teerenpeli is offered by entrepreneur-led franchise restaurants in Jyväskylä, Oulu, Tampere and Turku.

WE OFFER A READY-TO-OPEN AND TASTY CONCEPT

As a Teerenpeli franchise entrepreneur, you will have access to a tested and highly developed restaurant concept and a place among the innovative Teerenpeli restaurateurs. We offer comprehensive initial training, a turnkey restaurant, the Teerenpeli franchise manual, chain cooperation benefits in procurement and marketing, and Teerenpeli Brewery & Distillery’s high-quality product range.

The initial investment requirement of a franchise entrepreneur depends significantly on the target, in the range of 200–550 k€ (excluding working capital).

  • Joining fee 25,000 €
  • Cooperation fee 4.5% of turnover
  • Marketing fee < 2.0% of turnover
  • Telecommunication fee 0.4% of turnover
  • Average number of employees in the unit 5-12
  • Duration of the agreement 7 years

The entrepreneur and his staff run his own Teerenpeli restaurant, which is in a central business district in the city center. Teerenpeli has a rich and diverse program offering, from bands to theater and stand-up.

The product selection emphasizes beers and malt whiskies, not forgetting wines and ciders. Teerenpeli Brewery & Distillery’s beers, ciders, longnecks, whiskies, and gins are impressively displayed, and they are Teerenpeli’s best-selling products.

TeerenDeli menu has small portions for small and slightly larger appetites.

FUTURE FRANCHISEE RESTAURANT OWNER?

We are looking for positive, committed individuals with at least one year of management experience in the restaurant industry. In addition, the finances are balanced so that there is a possibility of finding financing for the initial investment.
