Each year, the Regional Council of Päijät-Häme awards two Päijät-Häme Medals in recognition of outstanding contributions to the region. At a ceremony held at the Sibelius Hall in Lahti on December 2, 2022, medal number 58 was awarded to Teerenpeli’s entrepreneurial couple, Anssi and Marianne Pyysing.
“Local roots, growth, and the quality of operations and service stand out strongly in this success story,” stated the reasoning behind the award.
