Soidin Spritz

Ingredients

  • 3 cl of a fruity single malt whisky from Lahti, matured in sherry casks
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl cinnamon syrup
  • 8–10 cl prosecco

Method

  1. Prepare cinnamon syrup: simmer equal parts sugar and water with a cinnamon stick for 10 minutes, let cool.
  2. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  3. Add whisky, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup.
  4. Top with prosecco.
  5. Stir gently. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
