Soidin Spritz

Ingredients

3 cl of a fruity single malt whisky from Lahti, matured in sherry casks
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl cinnamon syrup
8–10 cl prosecco

Method

Prepare cinnamon syrup: simmer equal parts sugar and water with a cinnamon stick for 10 minutes, let cool.
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Add whisky, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup.
Top with prosecco.
Stir gently. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
