Teerenpeli Turku moves

Teerenpeli in Turku will move across the road at the beginning of the year, to the historic Hamburger Börs building.

“It’s great to become part of one of Turku’s most famous buildings and continue Teerenpeli’s relaxed atmosphere in historic premises,” says Teerenpeli’s founder Anssi Pyysing. According to him, the move will enable an even better customer experience.

Teerenpeli, which has been operating in Turku since 2009, will open its new premises at the beginning of the year in the Hamburger Börs stonework, where several restaurants have previously operated. Teerenpeli in Bassi’s house will close its doors on 25 December. Teerenpeli’s new restaurant will offer around 70 customer seats, and the premises will combine a historic milieu with the warm atmosphere familiar to Teerenpeli.

“The compact space is perfect for us. We can customize it to look and feel exactly like Teerenpeli – and make it comfortable for our customers,” says Petteri Lyytikäinen, the franchisee of Teerenpeli in Turku. Lyytikäinen has over 16 years of experience in the restaurant business.

The new restaurant continues Teerenpeli’s tradition of offering drinks from its own brewery and distillery, as well as a comfortable social restaurant culture in the middle of the city.
