Four medals for Teerenpeli at the prestigious IWSC competition

Teerenpeli Brewery & Distillery once again achieved international recognition at the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC), one of the world’s most prestigious spirits competitions, held in June 2026.

This year, Teerenpeli’s products received four medals, led by the remarkable achievement of Honey Whisky Liqueur, which earned a Spirit Gold Outstanding 2026 medal with an exceptional 99 points out of 100.

The IWSC is one of the world’s most respected wine and spirits competitions, where products are evaluated through blind tastings by an international panel of expert judges. Each year, the competition recognizes the finest wines and spirits from around the globe, making its medals a true testament to outstanding quality and craftsmanship.

Honey Whisky Liqueur nearly perfect

Teerenpeli’s Honey Whisky Liqueur received the competition’s highest accolade, the Spirit Gold Outstanding 2026 medal. Scoring an impressive 99 out of 100 points, the liqueur was praised for its exceptional quality, balance and character.

Silver medals for Teerenpeli whiskies

Teerenpeli’s single malt whiskies also performed exceptionally well:

• Soidin Single Malt Whisky – Spirit Silver 2026, 93 points
• Länki Single Malt Whisky – Spirit Silver 2026, 91 points

In addition, Cherry Whisky Liqueur received a Spirit Bronze 2026 medal with 89 points.
